1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Riafftruti website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Riafftruti's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Registration

To enroll in our courses, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon enrollment unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment and before the course begins
• 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the first session
• No refund after the first session has commenced
• Refunds for medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Course Attendance and Participation

4.1 Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential for course completion. Missing more than 25% of sessions may result in course incompletion and no certification.

4.2 Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be given at least 48 hours notice when possible.

4.3 Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, recordings, and methodologies, are the intellectual property of Riafftruti. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Course sessions may involve sharing personal experiences, and participants agree to maintain confidentiality of others' shared information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Riafftruti's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific course. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Health and Safety

Participants with medical conditions that may be affected by public speaking activities should consult with their healthcare provider before enrolling. Please inform us of any relevant health considerations.

9. Photography and Recording

Course sessions may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you consent to such use unless you specifically opt out in writing.

10. Disclaimer

The materials on Riafftruti's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Riafftruti makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

11. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Riafftruti's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Riafftruti does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

12. Modifications

Riafftruti may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.
